Stanley Awraham – Managing Director Project Manager Building
Having held a number of senior roles across the construction industry before establishing his own company, Stanley sought to bring on board his selected partners to help expand the group and grow their passion for residential building.
His current role is running day-to- day operations, including overseeing all projects being managed by West Avenue Group.
Stanley has widespread experience in project management and construction. He has worked extensively in the construction industry across Sydney such as a project manager for Brookfield Multiplex, and believes that working to deliver more then clients expectations is the key to success at West Avenue Group.
Stanley holds a NSW Fair Trading builders Licence and is a member, and works closely with the Master Builder Association, Engineers Australia and HIA.
Stanley has helped West Avenue move into their 15th year of trading by having a strong focus on client relationships and high performance team culture.
Eden Karimi – Senior Engineer Senior Project Manager Civil
Eden is the senior engineer leading our civil team at West Avenue Group. Eden is a qualified chartered engineer with extensive site experience on major road construction projects. Clients recognise Eden’s commitment and enthusiasm for delivering projects to a high standard.
Eden’s primary experiences are in Superintendency and Contract Administration, where he has administered projects using GC21 and AS2124 forms of contract.
Through both his training and site experience, Eden has developed detailed knowledge in all facets of road and bridge construction, including geotechnical and materials, pavements, structures, drainage, and utilities. He is well-versed with RMS specifications and utilises his knowledge and experience to foresee construction risks and develop solutions with stakeholders to mitigate any delays and costs associated with them. Prior to joining West Avenue Group, Eden led a number of complex and diversified projects, including eight years spent as Project Engineer at Roads & Maritime Services and two years with Caliber Consulting.
Ogen Adam – Project Manager Builder Building
Through his knowledge of multiple areas of construction, strong leadership, and many years of on-site experience, Ogen has been involved in the successful completion of hundreds of projects across Sydney with high-volume building firms. He currently leads the West Avenue Group team and overlooks all day-to-day site components for all projects.
Ogen has achieved his development and accreditation to become a licensed builder through West Avenue Group. Heading into his fourth year with the group, he has combined his passion for construction and ability to liaise with clients and trades to become a strong team leader.
Steven Atanasovski – Site Engineer Contracts Management Building and Civil
Steven is an experienced structural engineer with over 15 years of construction experience across the industry.
Steven has a proven track record in project management and construction. He has delivered a broad range of projects from renovations to constructing single and multiple-storey dwellings in both private and public sectors. Through his broad skill set and knowledge, Steven is our on-site Engineer. His primary responsibilities include ensuring our quality and efficacy in all of our structures from the ground up. He works with all external consultants and manages our contracts with trades and clients.
Ron Hazelman – Site Foreman Building
Ron is a skilled Site Foreman with experience in both civil and building construction. Being accredited in material hoisting, dogman, forklift, scissor lift, and traffic control management, his experience and wide range of skills allow him to manage project activities and ensure good practices are always adopted.
Ron’s primary responsibility is organising site construction work and managing sub-contractors onsite. He performs a pivotal role in the success of a project with an important hands-on attitude to getting tasks complete.
Andrew Eyou – Site Supervisor Carpenter Building
Andrew is the driving force of our team on site. As our leader in all onsite carpentry and structural steel work, Andrew works with our team in physically executing projects. His role and understanding of plans and engineering go beyond just being a carpenter. Andrew is also a licensed builder and approaches the project from both views. Andrew takes pride in his work and his commitment to us has been essential in growing.
Michael Almeida – Skilled Labourer Building
Michael is a skilled Site Supervisor with experience in both civil and building construction. Michael is accredited in material hoisting, dogman, forklift, scissor lift, confined space entry, and asbestos removal. His experience and wide range of skills allow him to manage project activities and ensure good practices are always adopted.
Michael has been essential to our company by organising site construction work and managing sub-contractors onsite. He performs a pivotal role in the success of a project, ensuring the site is always clean and safe to work on.
John Achi – Apprentice Skilled Labourer Building
We are proud to have John working under our leadership team in learning the ins and outs of the construction field. Heading into his third year with us, he has grown his skills and knowledge. He completes various duties to help projects complete while at the same time learning to ensure he is a licensed builder by the end of his apprenticeship.
